Eric Wise was introduced to chiropractic care as a young adult after experiencing several sports related injuries, but it was not until later in life that he began a career in chiropractic medicine. In 1998, Wise became a nationally licensed massage therapist. He spent the following two years working as a clinical massage therapist in conjunction with a physical therapist colleague. In 2000, Wise heeded his life’s calling at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While studying at Palmer, Wise served as a Teaching Assistant in both the Diagnostic and Neurology Departments and completed an internship in the Sports Rehabilitation Department. Dr. Wise was nominated and received a Clinical Teaching Assistant-ship with the Palmer Clinics System. This is a position nominated by Palmer clinical faculty, which speaks highly of Eric Wise’s clinical chiropractic skills. As part of the Palmer Clinic Abroad Program, Wise traveled throughout Morocco where he and a team of fellow chiropractors provided a full range of chiropractic care to the local population.
